I purchased several of these Uluit tools as Christmas gifts, and one for myself, of course. I am always seeking unique gifts, and love to recognize and support Native American culture and heritage. I found these by accident. Frankly, I wasn't sure how to use it, other than viewing the viewing a video of someone chopping meat, but I am plant based. It didn't take long to figure out many uses for the Uluit. Perfect for chopping herbs, veggies AND it's a perfect pizza cutter!! I love it, and I'm sure my friends and family members will love their gift this Christmas. It's a special gift for a cook.
